All our customers are equally important, large as small. You can choose which of our two types of agreement that meets your requirements. Our "standard agreement" offers assistance and maintenance during our service-weeks, our "plus agreement" offers a 4 hour max response time.
New functions, changes in the interface, errors that have to be corrected - no matter what type of case you report in our support portal, you can follow the process online. If you prefer to call us, you are more than welcome to do that as well. The telephone support is open during office hours.
