Upgrades in our product portfolio to comply with EPi 6

We are currently in the process of upgrading our products to make them compatible with EPiServer CMS 6. We will primarily focus on getting ImageVault done (which then will result in version 3.4), something that also mean that new functionality will be added to the product.

ImageVault for EPiServer CMS 6 is estimated to be launched in the second half of April. We will then tackle ProcessMap and SiteValidator. EmailEncoder is CMS independent and will therefore not be affected by the new EPiServer version.

Some of the new features in ImageVault 3.4 are the implementations of Imageglue 7 which supports 64-bit usage and general security upgrades of image rights. Through the development of a new HTTP handler the system will generate a more accurate image URL which will consist of the image file name and format, i.e. (exempel.jpg). This will be an alternative to the HTTP handler and URL-type used today. An additional file view which is more detailed and compact will be implemented in the system at the same time as there will be multi-language support in image metadata.
